You can.* Optionally implement steps 1-3 on the stove top or just throw the ingredients from those steps into the crock pot along with the broth and cook on LOW for 6+ hours. Break up the beef if required, add the macaroni and cook on high until tender, about 15 minutes. Mix in the ingredients from step 6 and enjoy. *Note: Either make the cheese sauce on the stove top as directed OR just mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese into the sloppy joes along with the other ingredients from step 6.]]></description>
