Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. I like to place a large plate on top of the quesadilla in the pan, flip the entire pan (while holding the plate), so that the quesadilla is now on the plate with the cooked side up, and then slide the quesadilla back into the pan to cook the other side. Enjoy!
