My daughter liked it so much she asked for it for her birthday dinner. I have to mix everything together then split it between 2 crock pots. half my family eats fire, the other half doesn’t. I just have to remember red pot is hot, black pot is not. I paired it with my fried rice and everyone was happy.

I would make again but use more ginger and the hot Thai chilies not the jalapeno (I did leave seeds in but didn’t give much flavour or heat). Going to try the wok recipe to see how different it will taste.
