Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

I've made this twice so far. My daughter liked it so much she asked for it for her birthday dinner. I have to mix everything together then split it between 2 crock pots. half my family eats fire, the other half doesn't. I just have to remember red pot is hot, black pot is not. I paired it with my fried rice and everyone was happy.

Made this last night, tasty but not overwhelming. I would make again but use more ginger and the hot Thai chilies not the jalapeno (I did leave seeds in but didn't give much flavour or heat). Going to try the wok recipe to see how different it will taste.
