I usually cook for 2 and sometimes more. For larger recipes, for 4+ servings, like this one, we eat the leftovers the next day, or more. This recipe is written more for a potluck or having friends over, but it easily halves for a smaller batch!

I tried One of your recipes in the past, the creamy Tuscan Mushrooms. It turned out fabulous.
My entire family went crazy for the dish.
I needed to thank you personally for such a simple yet flavorful dish.
