Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

In reply to Sara.

As written, most of the liquid will be absorbed by the pasta, but it will still have a lot of moisture. If you would prefer an actual sauce, you can increase the amount of broth. The butter, garlic, chicken broth and lemon in this recipe is very similar to the Chicken Francaise sauce! Enjoy!

The recipe calls foe raw chicken which is cooked in step 1 but you can easily use precooked chicken and skip step 1. Enjoy!
