New Cookbook: Melty Grilled Cheese

I am pleased to announce my latest eCookbook Melty Grilled Cheese!

I know that you knew that a grilled cheese cookbook was coming! I actually wanted to write the grilled cheese cookbook first but I kept coming up with new ideas for grilled cheese and other projects took priority… well, you know how it is… With National Grilled Cheese Month here I now have the opportunity to pull out all of the grilled cheese sandwiches that I have been experimenting with over the last few months and share them with you on Closet Cooking and in Melty Grilled Cheese.

As you may know, I am a big fan of grilled cheese sandwiches and over the last few years I have done a lot of experimenting with different creations! The Melty Grilled Cheese cookbook contains 25 of the tastiest and most tantilizing grilled cheese sandwiches that I have come up with and they are just packed full of ooey gooey melted cheese! Some of the sandwiches are favourites from Closet Cooking and some are completely new!
