Today’s recipe takes the previously shared hot honey buffalo chicken (link) and throws it into a sandwich with a ranch and pepperoncini coleslaw. The recipe is as easy as making a simple coleslaw with shredded cabbage, carrots, pepperoncini peppers, blue cheese and a ranch dressing (link) and throwing it into a sandwich with the chicken! I also like to add some melted cheese to the mix! There is just something magical about the sweet and spicy chicken combined with the cool, creamy and crunchy ranch coleslaw!
