BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Chicken sandwiches in a tasty ranch and BBQ sauce done BLT style with bacon, lettuce and tomato!

This sandwich contains some of my favourite ingredients! Bacon, BBQ chicken, cheese, ranch, yum! The chicken is seasoned with ranch seasoning before it’s cooked and BBQ sauce is added and cheddar cheese is melted on top. The chicken mixture is then slid into a bun along with the ingredients of a BLT; bacon lettuce and tomato!

BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes Servings: 4

Chicken sandwiches in a tasty ranch and BBQ sauce done BLT style with bacon, lettuce and tomato!

ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning *
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 hoagies/buns/rolls, cut in half (optionally toasted) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (link)
directions
  1. Cook the chicken, mixed with the mayo and ranch seasoning, in a pan until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Mix in the BBQ sauce.
  3. Sprinkle on the cheese, cover, and let it melt before turning off the heat.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches with the BBQ ranch chicken and cheese, buns, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and dressing, and enjoy!
Note: * Use sore bought or make your own: 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
