Zucchini season is here and that means that I am enjoying a lot of recipes that use them and my current favourite are these zucchini turkey meatballs in marinara sauce. Adding zucchini to ground meat, like ground turkey, helps keep it nice an moist and it adds that hidden, healthy, vegetable to the meal! These meatballs are served in a quick and easy Pomì marinara sauce along with parmesan and fresh basil to make a meal that just creams summer! Serve over spaghetti or zoodles, aka zucchini noodles!
