A simple and tasty spinach dish.
- 1 package (6 ounces) baby spinach
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 teaspoons soy
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Steam the spinach until just wilted.
- Cool slightly, and squeeze as much liquid out as possible.
- Mix everything.
