ingredients
- 1 red habanero pepper (or to taste!)
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
- Mix everything optionally pureeing in a food processor.
Option: Add a clove garlic, minced.
The correct word is Colombian, since our country's name is Colombia not Columbia.
