A simple and tasty spinach dish.
1 package (6 ounces) baby spinach
2 green onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted)
2 teaspoons soy
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1. Steam the spinach until just wilted.
2. Cool slightly, and squeeze as much liquid out as possible.
3. Mix everything.
