Bang Bang Sauce

A creamy sweet and spicy sauce that’s great for dipping, basting or as a condiment!

Bang bang sauce is the simple, and tasty, combination of mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce! Other than the mayo and sweet chili sauce, you can kick it up a bit by adding extra garlic and/or ginger, or chili sauce for more heat, or honey for more sweetness, or vinegar for more sourness! This sauce works great with seafood, as a dipping sauce, a basting sauce, or as a condiment in sandwiches, burritos, etc.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes Servings: 16(~1 cup or 16 1 tablespoon servings)

A creamy sweet and spicy sauce that’s great for dipping, basting or as a condiment!

ingredients
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced/grated (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced/grated (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
directions
  1. Mix everything well and enjoy!
Option: Add salt or soy sauce for more saltiness.
Note: Taste test and balance sweet, spicy, salty, sour to your taste!
