Baked salmon style dishes are among of my favourites! They are super easy, simply top the salmon fillet with something tasty and bake for about 10 minutes! It takes more time to steam some rice or cook some pasta to go with it! This bang bang salmon uses a bang bang sauce, a creamy sweet and spicy sauce, that goes fabulously well with salmon!

well, this certainly changes my dinner plans for tomorrow. i’ve been making bang bang shrimp for years, never occurred to me to try that with salmon. i can’t wait to do this, salmon can get pretty boring when left up to me. thank you, keivn! you’re the best.
