The 13th year was one of the tastiest yet! I continued to explore new foods and flavours with a focus on trying to keep things quick and easy! I explored plenty of new recipes while also taking the time to update some good old classics/staples making them more accessible and showing that even they can easily be made exciting! I took the opportunity to collect a few of my favourite recipes from Closet Cooking’s 13th year to share with you below.
These last few weeks have seen some challenges with locks-downs/quarantines/stay-at-home making it more difficult to get groceries (and everything else), but that’s not a good reason to go back to eating boring meals! Moving forward it will be interesting with trying to keep meals fresh, exciting, and new while limited in food selections, but it will be a fun challenge!
What would you like to see on Closet Cooking in this coming year?
