Where did the year go? It seems like just a short time has past since my last anniversary post! It’s always amazing when time fly’s, due to good times, and good food and this last year was a good and tasty year!
When I look back at my original statement ‘that my meals were boring’ and that ‘It was time for a change!’, I can see that this was a successful year! My meals were new, exciting and tasty! This last year was filled with so many flavour filled recipes from various cuisines, for different courses, with some light and healthy and some decadent, some sweet, some savoury and everything in between! I see that this last year I have been focused on recipes that tended to be quick and/or easy while keeping the rising cost of food in mind.
I have chosen one of my favourite recipes from each of the last 12 months for you to enjoy as I start to focus on another year of tasty cooking in my closet sized kitchen!
