Today I have a super quick and easy creamy tomatillo ranch dressing to share with you! Ranch dressing is a buttermilk, mayo and fresh herb based dressing and for this one I went with a southern twist using tomatillos, jalapenos, cilantro and lime which is such a tasty combination of flavours! This dressing is as easy to make as pureeing all of the ingredients in a blender and if you have the time, broiling or charring the tomatillos and jalapeno will add even more flavour. Salads are perfect for this dressing and it also goes great as a sauce for tacos, burritos, or for dipping tortillas or veggies in!

Hi Kevin – I'm one of those people that can't stand cilantro, what do you think of the taste of this dressing without it ? or maybe just sub some parsley ?
