This is a quick and easy variation on the classic salsa verde with mashed avocado mixed in! Creamy spicy and tangy all in one! Salsa verde is generally a mixture of roasted (or fresh) tomatillos, chili peppers (such as jalapenos), and onion along with lime juice, cilantro and salt that’s pureed before mixing it with the mashed avocado. This avocado salsa verde is similar to a guacamole and can be used in many of the same ways as guacamole or salsa verde.
