Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Smooth and creamy chocolate avocado pudding or mousse!

Avocados are one of my favourite foods and I usually use them in savoury dishes but they also work really well in sweet recipes like this chocolate avocado pudding! This pudding could not be easier to make! You simply puree some avocados, cocoa powder and sweetener, like maple syrup, in a food processor or a blender and enjoy! In less than 5 minutes of work you could be enjoying a bowl of this cool, creamy and delicious avocado mousse! Given how easy this is to make and that it’s pretty healthy it’s perfect for an after school snack for the kids but it’s also decadent enough for company! This chocolate avocado pudding is perfect for any occasion!

Chocolate? Avocado? Um, hello, two of my favorite things! 😀

I have a sweet tooth today and I juuuust might have to stop by the store to pick up cocoa powder just to make this!

    Thanks 🙂

Made this today! Used agave as the sweetener and added a bit of ground cinnamon. I think I will try adding @1/4!tsp vanilla extract as well next time or maybe coconut extract and some additional cocoa powder to darken it up. A great experiment for our mostly lactose intolerant family! Thanks, Kevin!

I just made your Chocolate Avocado Pudding and it is awesomely yummy and delicious. After I made and tasted it but before I took it out of the food processor, I added 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Then I dipped a perfectly ripe Chilton County Alabama strawberry in it and oh my goodness even more yumminess. Thank you for your recipies.

The serving size will depend on the size of your avocados, usually about 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup of pudding. Enjoy!
