Guasacaca (Avocado Sauce)

A tasty Venezuelan style avocado sauce!

Guasacaca is a Venezuelan style avocado sauce that is super easy to make and packed with flavour! It’s a combination of pureed avocados, onion, pepper, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, parsley, lime juice, salt and enough oil to get it to the desired consistency. It’s great as a dip or as a sauce on things like chicken, fish, pupusas, etc.

What makes this different from ordinary quacamole ?
Putting it into a blender until it is puree ?

NotesFromAbroad: It is very similar to guacamole with slightly different ingredients. I eat so many avocados as well! 🙂
