Whipped Feta and Herb Dip

A creamy whipped feta and fresh herb dip wth a hit of lemon.

Looking for one last recipe for your New Year’s Eve party? How about this quick, easy and tasty whipped feta and herb dip? This dip is fabulously easy to make; you simply ‘whip’ some feta in a food processor along with fresh herbs and a touch of lemon and you are good to go! You can use your favourite herbs and for the pictured one I went with dill, parsley and green onions. Crackers and veggies are great for dipping into this dip and it’s also amazing as a spread on toast or in sandwiches!

Made this easy & delicious dip for New Years Eve appetizer "meze"Served with homemade pita chips. I used half the amount of Feta cheese as I didn't have more, added a Tbsp of strained yogurt and all the rest the same amounts as written. I wanted a smoother tecture but also wanted to feel a few feta bits. So place half of the dip in a mini processor and then added to the rest of the dip. Also added 2-3 Tbsp chopped parsley and served. Family & friends loved it so much, couldn't stop dipping & eating:)
Thanks for a fabulous recipe. Looking forward to making again for our next gathering!
