Looking for a last minute snack idea for the Big Game? This baked feat salsa is super easy and super tasty! Normally feta is a hard and crumbly cheese but when you bake it, it melts, making it perfect for mixing into sauces (like this: baked tomato and feta pasta), or scooping into with salsa! I hate to even call this a recipe, since it’s just salsa and feta that’s baked, but it’s so good! Since it’s just two simple ingredients, make sure that you use good quality ingredients; a salsa that you like and a feta that you like. I like to just scoop into this salsa with tortilla chips and it’s nice to garnish it with with some fresh ingredients such as cilantro and avocado! You can add any other ingredients that you like (I have list a few idea in below the recipe) and you can even change up the cheese (I particularly like to slice some goat cheese chevre!).
