Chermoula sauce is a North African style green sauce made with plenty of cilantro, parsley, mint, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil and it’s perfect for marinating meat for grilling! This is a super simple recipe for grilled chermoula chicken where boneless and skinless chicken thighs are marinated in chermoula sauce before being grilled to perfection! Grilled chicken is always a great option for summer meals, especially when accompanied by sides and/or a salad! Speaking of salads, you can use sliced grilled chermoula chicken in a salad with some chermoula sauce as the dressing! Yum!
