After making and enjoying the teriyaki grilled shrimp so much I knew that I would have to use them in something. It’s great eating the shrimp right from a stick but I could not help but think that they would also go well in tacos! Once I have the meat for the tacos decided the next thing that I think about is the salsa and I went with an amazingly tasty teriyaki grilled pineapple salsa with candied jalapenos and bacon! The tacos are filled out with some shredded cabbage and drizzled with a creamy and spicy sriracha mayo and sprinkled with crumbled queso fresco! The combinations of flavours in these teriyaki grilled shrimp and pineapple tacos with candied jalapeno and bacon is absolutely divine!

Teriyaki grilled shrimp tacos with teriyaki grilled pineapple salsa with candied jalapenos and bacon along with sriracha mayo and crumbled queso fresco!
- 8 (4 inch) corn tortillas, lightly toasted
- 1 pound teriyaki grilled shrimp (hot)
- 2 cups teriyaki grilled pineapple salsa with candied jalapenos and bacon
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayo
- sriracha to taste
- 1/4 cup queso fresco, crumbled
- Assemble the tacos and enjoy!
