Creamy Avocado Salsa Verde

Creamy Avocado Salsa Verde
Salsa verde is one of my favourite foods and a variation that is really good is with the addition avocado! I am a huge fan of avocado and it adds a really nice creaminess to the salsa verde! The salsa is very easy to make where you simply roast tomatillos, garlic, onion and jalapenos before pureeing them with the remaining ingredients until the desired consistency is reached. All said and told you can make this tasty avocado salsa verde and be enjoying it in less than 15 minutes!

Hi, Kevin! I also love salsa verde, and the addition of an avocado seems so simple, but genius! Just enough to give the salsa some needed body, and who doesn't love avocado added to anything? I'm getting the ingredients tomorrow, and I can't wait to try it. I'm sure it will be another home run from you! PS: As usual, the pictures are beautiful - looks so appetizing! Thanks for posting!

Hi! Hi! I'm Mexican. This is kinda of like a Salsa de Aguacate, or Avocado Salsa. But the twist is that you roasted the tomatillos! Brilliant. I must try that next time. We have a thing for charred, roasted goodness in Mexico. :) Thanks for the inspiration.
