When you are cooking with on grill or barbecue it’s nice to be able to cook your entire meal on it, including the sides. Potatoes are always a great side dish and very often I roast them in the oven and they can also be roasted on the grill! You simply need to throw them in foil and place the entire parcel on the grill to cook while you are cooking the rest of the meal. The potatoes will generally take longer than the meat so you place them on a bit before the meat and they are done when the main is! Since I was grilling up some Greek style lamb chops recently I went for these Greek style lemon roasted potatoes as a side! The potatoes are tossed in lemon, garlic and oregano to add a ton of flavour which infuses into the potatoes while they roast in the foil! These greek lemon foil roasted potatoes are great all by themselves or you can sprinkle on some crumbled feta while they are still piping hot so that it just starts to melt onto the potatoes! Yum!

How do they brown if they are wrapped in foil? Seems like they would jjust steam.
They do brown, but not as well as without.
