Next up for your grilling enjoyment are these tasty greek style grilled lamb chops! The lamb chops are marinated in a a Greek style marinade consisting of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and yogurt over night before they are thrown on the grill and grilled until they are lightly charred, smoky and oh so good! These grilled lamb chops are so quick and easy to make and I like to serve them with grilled veggies, lemon roasted potatoes, a greek style salad and watermelon for a really nice summer meal that can be cooked outside!
Serve with grilled zucchini, potatoes, salad and watermelon for a full meal cooked on the grill!
Top with feta!

Anonymous: Yes, you can broil them in the oven or fry them in pan (cast iron) or in a grill pan, all with about the same cook time on broil or at medium-high heat.

I can wait to try this for dinner very soon! Love the flavors!

These look fabulous as well as the potatoes. The lamb looks like US style lamb shoulder chops which I do like. About $6-7 a pound cheaper. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Kevin. These look delicious. My husband will only eat meat that has a sauce on it. What do you recommend putting on top of these? Maybe a yogurt lime sauce?
Thanks.
kevin says
A tzatziki sauce (https://www.closetcooking.com/tzatziki-sauce/) would be fabulous on these!

This may be bad, but we aren’t big lamb eaters. Could we use this recipe on beef or pork and what cuts/ recipe changes would you recommend?
kevin says
This would be good with beef and pork as well!

These appear to be shoulder chops – definitely not rib. Is that correct? Or what cut are they. Love your recipes.
Chuck says
Definitely shoulder chops. Looks like a mix of arm and blade chops which is typical if you buy a number of them in a tray pack.

The amount of pop ups and ads on your site is absurd. I get you need some for funding, but you material is almost inaccessible at this point.

Can this recipe be used for boneless pork chops?

HI Kevin, I’m in Australia and just acquired an Air Fryer and was wondering if I could cook these in the Air Fryer?
I’ve used a many of your recipes over the years and loved all that I’ve made. Thank you.
kevin says
You can cook these in an air fryer! I would go with 400F for around 8 minutes, checking the temperature with a meat thermometer to see when they are done.
