This weekend is another one of those precious summer long weekends and the perfect chance to do some out doors grilling with these quick, easy and tasty honey mustard grilled pork chops. These pork chops could not be easier to make! You simply marinate the pork chops in the honey and mustard sauce and then throw them on the grill! The marinade is just packed with flavour with the amazing sweet and tangy honey and mustard combo with a touch of garlic (and feel free to throw in some hot sauce if you like!). Since you’ve got the grill out already make it a complete meal with some grilled veggies and throw in a side of fruit like watermelon for dessert!

I have very similar recipe fir Salmon, but with sesame oil too. I must try it. Obviously there are directions missing, because the picture shows the marinate poured over the grilled pork chops; some marinate must have been set aside for that and maybe cooked. Kevin, give use the whole thing.

Exactly what brands of mustards did you use? I have a bottle of grainy dijon. Should I use that and a honey dijon? Or…??? Thanks. Did you not use a meat thermometer to check for doneness?

Yes, I would like to know how to have the sauce to pour over the chops after they are cooked. Looks delicious!

For those wondering about the sauce on top, I've made similar dishes and this is what I plan on doing with this one: Cook the chops in a pan on the stove, browning both sides and checking the internal temp with a meat thermometer until it reaches 145 degrees. Remove chops to a plate and cover with foil. Then pour the marinade into the pan, bring to a boil and allow it to simmer and thicken for a couple of minutes. Serve the pork chops and drizzle the sauce over them. If you do this on an outdoor grill, just cook the marinade the same way I described in a pan on the stove, and pour it over the pork chops when you serve them.
Hope this helps. Thanks for the recipe, Kevin.

Samantha: Great tip!

Hi again, Kevin. I made these pork chops over the weekend and they were excellent! This marinade/sauce is just delicious, and fast and easy too. Can't beat that.
I was making six pork cops, so I doubled the marinade. We grilled the chops and while they were on the grill, we cooked the marinade a few minutes until it thickened. We served the pork chops over mashed potatoes and poured the sauce over them. Together with roasted vegetables and a salad, it was a fantastic dinner.
Thanks so much for this recipe, which I will definitely be making again and often. Have a great week, Kevin!

Samantha: I'm glad you liked it! I love to serve these with veggies with extra sauce drizzled over them!

This was a great marinade! We had pork leg steaks which I’d never made before but on the grill it was delicious.

This is a great recipe for pork chops. I pad fried mine instead of grilling. Too cold outside. HH loved these. Definitely a keeper! Thanks for posting!

I made this last night for dinner, and it was very delicious. I appreciate that this recipe is so easy to start the night before and finish the next day which really cuts down on the amount of time spent preparing dinner after I get home from work. I marinated the pork overnight in the sauce and then I let the marinade simmer and thicken while grilling the pork. Very simple, very tasty.
