No mention of what you did with the sliced jalapenos? Those were what caught my eye!
kevin says
The sliced jalapenos come from the jalapeno honey!

My chicken is marinating now.
I used potatoes starch before and made my chicken super crispy. I may do one in flour and one in potatoes starch. Thanks! Looks yummy

The Chicken Calls for 2 – 1Tbs adds of Cajun Seasoning? Thinking one is supposed to be Taco Seasoning?
kevin says
The liquid gets 1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning and the flour mixture gets 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning. (Both aspects of the crispy coating are seasoned!) I mention taco seasoning as an option in case you want something different! Enjoy!

Not too hard to guess what is meant to do with it, but still left out the whole sauce part. Still was really good.
Cook the jalps for 1 min on either side. Or pickled aren’t too bad. Tried it both way. The buttermilk seasoning kidna made it. Could have been scripted better, but thank you Jesus it wasn’t a mile of BS story before it. I will say that was a great part. Straight to the point
