Meatball parmesan is a classic meal and one of my favourites! You really can’t go wrong with meatballs in a tasty tomato sauce smothered in melted cheese all served on top of buttered pasta and it’s so easy to make! I like to make super simple meatballs with onions, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and fresh parsley and either pan fry or oven roast them until nice and lightly golden brown! The meatballs are then placed in a sauce, I like an easy homemade marinara sauce, and topped with plenty of cheese before being baked until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese has melted into ooey, gooey, stringy goodness! While the meatballs are cooking you can throw some pasta onto the stove and make some garlic bread to complete your meal! To save time you can easily make both the meatballs and the sauce the day before making this meatball parmesan perfect for busy work nights!

I'm going to serve this to a crowd this weekend. Instead of pasta, I'm going to put out small rolls alongside the meatballs and have guests assemble their own Meatball Parm Sandwiches! Can't wait!

Those would be great and called sliders. Another suggestion which is great are the small ice cream cones stuffed with a meatball and spaghetti……fun to make.

this recipe is great, even tho I basically used it as a guide, and cheated massively. I used our favorite Italian style frozen meatballs, and Rao’s brand marinara sauce.
I followed the idea of the recipe and it was fabulous. much better than just spaghetti and meatballs. my husband asked for me to make this often.
