With summer quickly approaching I have been thinking about salads more and I always like to have a few good homemade salad dressings on hand to enjoy them with. This easy to make orange sesame ginger dressing is such a nice light and fresh vinaigrette that’s just bursting with flavour. A fresh orange is the star of the show along with some Asian flavours such as ginger and garlic, aromatic toasted sesame oil along soy sauce and a touch of honey for a balance of sweetness. This dressing is prefect on salads of all sorts and as a marinade for meats and fish.

David says
A refreshing citrus based vinaigrette that is delicious on roasted vegetables as well as on salads. Kevin probably lacks pantry space but I raided my pantry for light soy to make this recipe. Light soy is not reduced sodium soy but rather a less dark, not quite clear soy sauce. I used light soy the 2nd time making this vinaigrette to allow the orange juice color to shine through.
