Chimichurri is a green sauce made with fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, oregano, and vinegar., and it’s great as a marinade for grilled meat! I usually make a chimichurri grilled steak but chicken is an amazing alternative! The recipe is as easy as marinating the chicken in chimichurri sauce before grilling, or pan frying! This chicken is perfect as a meal in itself or used in salads, sandwiches, etc.
