Chimichurri grilled steak is one of my summer favourites and although I enjoy just digging into it topped with chimichurri sauce, it’s also nice in the form of a salad! This steak salad is super simple with lettuce, tomato, onions and avocado in addition to the thinly sliced chimichurri steak and chimichurri sauce is used as a tasty dressing! I always enjoy salads with a meat for light and healthy meals on hot summer days and this one is just perfect!
