This salad starts out with some shawarma seasoned chicken that is grilled before being sliced and placed onto a flavour packed salad! The Mediterranean continue in the salad which has a base of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers along with pickled onions and jalapenos, kalamata olives, feta cheese, avocado and a scoop of hummus. Everything is topped off with a really tasty, bright, and fresh cilantro lemon tahini dressing! This chicken shawarma salad is light and yet satisfying meal!

Chicken Shawarma Salad
Chicken shawarma in a light and tasty salad packed with tasty ingredients in a cilantro tahini dressing!
- 6 cups lettuce, sliced
- 1 pound chicken shawarma, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup pickled red onions
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro lemon tahini dressing
- Assemble the salad, pour on the dressing and toss to coat before enjoying!
