Another year comes to a close and it has been filled with plenty of tasty food! This year was a little different than any other; a full year of quarantines, lockdowns, stay at home orders and restrictions, throughout it all we continued to eat and there was no reason for our meals to be boring! On the one hand we had more time to cook at home and on the other hand there were less trips to the grocery stores and less access to harder to get ingredients. My habits and routines changes a little but I continued to have fun adventures in the kitchen! When I take a moment to reflect on the past year and all of the good food I see that it was far from boring, in fact it was a year that was full of amazing recipes that taste great and are easy to make at home!
I am looking forward to another tasty year of cooking in my closet sized kitchen!
