Caprese salad is the simple combination of tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella, and it works really well when you swap strawberries in for tomatoes! This is a simple strawberry caprese salad with strawberries, basil, and fresh mozzarella, or rather, in this case burrata. Burrata is a ball of fresh mozzarella filled with a creamy filling! Yum! This salad is super simple to assemble and you just crack the burrata open and enjoy! I like to add a hint of balsamic vinegar to my caprese salads and a splash makes this strawberry burrata caprese salad even better!
