Sloppy joe’s are sandwiches filled with ground beef in a tasty sauce that’s family friendly and fun, if a little messy. It’s so easy to change up the flavours of sloppy joe style sandwiches and this is a simple version with a cheesy beef and bean chili style filling! The recipe is pretty much just a basic chili recipe with some aspects of sloppy joe flavours, the Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and vinegar. Chili is always better with cheese so this chili has some cheese melted right into it and I like to serve these sloppy joes with even more shredded cheese along with diced onions. These chili cheese sloppy joes are super easy to make and they are perfect for any weeknight meal, or even as something special for dad on Father’s Day!
