Thousand Island Dressing

An American style dressing/condiment consisting of mayonnaise, ketchup and sweet pickle relish.

This easy homemade dressing is amazing on salads or as a condiment in sandwiches such as the reuben sandwich!

Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes Servings: 16(~1 cup or 16 1 tablespoon servings)

An American style dressing/condiment consisting of mayonnaise, ketchup and sweet pickle relish.

ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (or chopped sweet pickles)
2 tablespoons onion, grated
1 teaspoon garlic, minced/grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or white vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

directions

Mix everything well and enjoy!

Note: Store in a sealed container in the fridge and use within a few days.
Option: Add a dash or two of hot sauce!
