These tasty burgers are made with ground chicken with ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese mixed it! If that were not enough, after the patties are cooked, more cheddar cheese is melted on top and they are thrown into buns with bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing!
Chicken Bacon Ranch Burgers
Chicken burger stuffed with the flavours of chicken bacon ranch!
ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning*
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese)
- 4 hamburger buns (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing (link)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
directions
- Mix the chicken, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, bacon, cheddar, and breadcrumbs, and form 4 patties.
- Cook the patties by grilling, or pan frying, or broiling, until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Top with the cheese slices and let it melt before removing the patties from the grill.
- Assemble the burgers and enjoy!
Option: Add 1 cup zucchini, grated and squeezed to remove excess liquid to the patties!
Option: Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce to the patties.
