Having just shared recipes for kimchi mayo and Korean BBQ sauce I am using them both in a recipe! Korean BBQ burgers with kimchi mayo! I often make Korean style bulgogi burgers where I usually make an on the fly version of the Korean BBQ sauce that’s mixed right into the burger patties but for this version I simply use the pre-homemade Korean style BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce is both mixed into the patties and then even more is brushed onto the burgers once they have been cooked! Yum! The burgers are topped with the kimchi mayo along with some shredded purple cabbage (or coleslaw) and green cilantro for some bright colours and fresh flavours!

Thanks for a new recipe, Kevin … and it matches the Season, since It’s “Burger-Time” here in Houston, Texas. Yep, that wonderful Season again. But, not only did you make a burger, but — even better — you have a burger recipe with different sauces that will compliment it. So, I promise that my wife and I will make this very soon. Anyway, I am glad that you are making new burger recipes, Kevin.

My husband and I just LOST OUR MINDS over how delicious this recipe is! This will 100% be our new go-to burger recipe, and we can’t wait to make this for guests at our next dinner party to wow them. The flavors of the Korean BBQ sauce are pretty mind-blowing. Yum!!
