Lemon and Feta Grilled Asparagus

Smoky grilled asparagus in a light and fresh lemon and feta vinaigrette.

Asparagus is one of my favourite spring foods and it’s so nice and easy to grill it up, dress it up, and serve it as a tasty side for pretty much any meal! Grilling asparagus is so easy and it imparts the asparagus with a hint of smokiness which is simply divine! When I made a batch of lemon and feta dressing recently I could not help but grill up some asparagus to enjoy it on! It’s such a simple dish and a great way to enjoy some asparagus!

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Servings: 4

Smoky grilled asparagus in a light and fresh lemon and feta vinaigrette.

ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup lemon and feta dressing
directions
  1. Toss the asparagus spears in the oil, salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat until crisp-tender and slightly charred.
  2. Serve topped with the lemon and feta dressing and enjoy!

    Are you topping this with additional feta, or is that all the dressing? It looks amazing.

      The feta is all from the dressing where you can crumble it into really small pieces or leave it in thicker pieces. Enjoy!
