Although I enjoy digging into a juicy steak, it’s also nice to slice it up into bite sized pieces and to quickly sear them in a skillet! This skillet steak bites meal is so quick and easy to make! It takes less than 30 minutes in total and with less than 6 ingredients it could not be simpler. The seasoning for this steak is a simple butter and garlic sauce, which is almost magical, especially when combined with the medium rare seared steak bites! I usually like to have a side with my meal and to keep things in one skillet I roast some potato wedges until golden, brown and crispy in the same skillet to make it a meal! This is the perfect light meal for busy weeknights!
I sometimes like to marinate the steak bites in a balsamic soy marinade before cooking it for even more flavour.
Season the steak with montreal steak seasoning!
Sprinkle with parmesan for kicks!
Roast cauliflower, broccoli or green beans instead of the potatoes for a low-carb meal!

Do you add the potatoes back into the skillet with the cooked steak after the garlic & red pepper flakes are added? Or do you serve them separately? Thank you!
